4 slices of fresh ginger
2 cups of boiling water
2 teaspoons of honey or sugar
Squeeze of lemon


Slice the ginger root into small pieces and set aside.
Bring two cups of water to a boil.
Add boiling water to a large glass or container with ginger inside.
Wait 10 minutes.
Strain the mixture and keep the water.
Add sugar or honey. Add a squeeze of lemon.
